Impact PAC Services

Our consultants are available by appointment to meet with you to answer questions, provide information, discuss ideas, solve problems and provide guidance with the following topics:

CCR (Central Contracting Registration & ORCA (Online Registrations and Certifications) Clients are registered and receive certifications in the appropriate online databases in order to qualify for government contracts.

Dodge Reports Construction clients receive notifications of non-government projects located in ND and SD.

Bidmatch
A software system cross references eight government websites with client’s own codes and keywords that are then emailed to the client upon a match. This software is paid by Impact PAC. 

8(a) & Hubzone certification
Impact assists clients in the certification process who are eligible for 8(a)(minority disadvantaged) status or HubZone (highly under utilized business zone) certification. Both certifications are done electronically, but require extensive business and tax information. 

GSA schedules A GSA schedule is a tool contracting officers use to purchase items directly from the client and avoids using the lengthy solicitation process. If it is deemed that a client can increase its market, a GSA schedule is created by Impact. 

Marketing development A marketing plan is created to target opportunities that will enhance the client’s position in the marketplace. 

Matchmaking with prime contractors
Impact matches clients with prime contractors already positioned within federal contracting. 

Research on contracting history
A detailed history on the client’s industrial codes is created. This allows the client to directly market to federal agencies that are procuring their services/products.
 
Solicitation assistance
Upon receiving a solicitation from the Bidmatch software, Impact assists the client in filling out the correct certifications and forms for the specific bid opportunity.
 
Loans
Impact PAC has two IRP loans for ND companies. Impact and/or Dakota Certified Development Corporation assist clients in filling out the loan documents, and securing a prime lender if required.
